the week passed by so fast, rushing me for my deadlines. it seems dat everyday u cum back to wrk and evrything goes as per normal. do work evryday and time passes by.

need to chge my life a little bit - i'm a middle of new fitness regime rite now. me & my buddy will workout 3 days in a week after work - about 15 to 20mins of brisk walking along the canal. we are targeting to lose 20kgs and we shall don our bikinis once we've achieved our "fantasy" weight...imagine the hard work we need to do - like my buddy says "we are like tai-tais jogging wit our ipod and hppod!
